Bike, Hike, Sail, Snorkel Full - Bike Hawaii on Oahu

Description: Departing from Waikiki, professional nature guides will shuttle you by van to a tropical rain forest on a private 75-acre property in Manoa Valley. Then take a narrated nature hike (2 miles roundtrip) along a jungle stream with mountain pools to a 200-foot waterfall. You'll hike back over a scenic ridge-top viewing the many tropical plants, flowers and trees. You'll then be shuttled to the top of Tantalus where you'll be outfitted with your bike before descending the 5 mile paved jungle road. You'll stop at Manoa lookout for pictures and a brief narrative. Once you reach the grassy park at the bottom, enjoy a delicious deli style lunch before your quick drive to Kewalo Basin to board a catamaran sail with optional swim/snorkel, upon completion of the sail you'll be returned to Waikiki by van. *
Operates: 9:00am to 5:30pm (approximately)
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (Sept 1 to May 31)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (June 1 to Aug 31st)
Departure Point: Pickups from the Waikiki area, please be there 15 minutes prior.
Duration: Approximately 8 hours
Equipment: Air-conditioned 15 passenger Adventure Vans, Trek Mountain Bikes w/front suspension and Bell Helmets and a 38-foot catamaran, snorkel equipment.
Capacity: Sail is limited to 28 passengers and may be postponed or cancelled due to weather.
Inclusions: You'll be issued trail snacks and a water bottle with optional rubber boots and rain jacket, deli lunch, and use of equipment.
Menu: Deli Lunch (choice of turkey, roast beef, ham or veggie sandwich with chips, cookies and cold beverage)

*Restrictions: Clients must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in this activity. Must be able to ride a bike and hike 2-miles over moderate, uneven terrain. Riders must be a minimum 4' tall and able to ride a bike. Tag-a-long trailer riders must be a minimum of 3'5" Please wear close-toed shoes suitable for biking with good traction for dirt or mud, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat/visor and bring a towel and spare clothing and extra socks in case of a wet or muddy riding conditions. Bring camera.
