Description: Zip the full course on the pristine private lands of Princeville Ranch in 3 hours. The course is a combination of 9 picturesque zip lines and a suspension bridge spanning a waterfall. Imagine walking off the edge of a lush valley, flying over treetops across to the other side, soaking in the mountain views along the way. King Kong is the final line in your zip course and is an adventure all on its own! First, walk up a ramp to the 26-foot high tower. Next zip 1,200 feet, racing each other side-by-side or maybe holding hands! This tour is all about zipping. Hiking distance is less than one mile and rated moderate. *
Operates: Monday-Saturday check in 10:00am, 11:30am and 2:15pm Summer June 21-September 10th will offer an 8:00am and 3:45pm tour.
Departure Point: Check in half hour prior tour at Princeville Ranch Hiking Adventures Office one mile past the Princeville Airport on the ocean side of Kuhio Hwy 56 (just past the 27 mile marker) follow the signs.
Duration: about 3 hours
Equipment: 9 Zip lines and all necessary equipment
Capacity: Minimum of 4 and up to 10 / Groups of 12 can be accommodated with previous arrangement.
Inclusions: Experienced guides, full 9 zip line course. Guides are CPR and First Aid Certified, well educated on Hawaii's history, flora and fauna. Guides also carry cellular phones and First Aid Kits.
Menu: N/A
Exclusions: Wear Shorts (mid thigh or longer), supportive shoes (hiking or tennies). What To Bring: lots of bottled water, sunscreen, hat, hair ties, mosquito repellent and a rain poncho.
*Restrictions: 48 Hour Cancellation Policy - 72 Hours for Groups of 6 or more. Change Policy incurs a 10% Fee. Guest not meeting restrictions at check in will not be permitted on the tour and no refund will be given. Ages 12 and up, minimum of 80 lbs and maximum of 280 lbs. and be of average or better physical fitness. Not recommended for people afraid of heights, no expectant mothers and no recent injuries or surgeries. 16 and 17 year olds can go on tours without an adult BUT a parent or legal guardian must physically check them in at the office and sign a liability waiver.
