Description: Every year during the winter months of December through April the humpback whales return to the warm Hawaiian waters for their mating and calving season. A large number of them find their home in the calm waters around the island of Maui and our speedy rafts are the ideal way to see these gentle giants.*
Operates: Daily 1:30pm and 4:00pm December 20 to April 15th *
Departure Point: Check in 30 minutes prior at Lahaina Harbor Slip 8.
Duration: 2 hours
Equipment: 30-foot hard-bottom inflatable
Capacity: Needs 4 to go. Limited to small groups of 10-14 passengers
Inclusions: An underwater hydrophone for listening to the intriguing songs of the whales, a narration of interesting whale facts and Maui trivia by captain and crew. Cold soft drinks and plenty of Kodak moments are offered.
