Description: Enjoy a Polynesian feast at the beautiful grounds of the Hyatt Regency. This Polynesian journey will feature the songs and dances of different cultures Hawaiian, Samoan, Tahitian, Fijian, Tongan and Maori including a thrilling Fire Knife Finale. Enjoy an all you can eat buffet and an open bar.*
Operates: Monday - Saturday, 5:00 to 8:00pm check in at 4:15 (days and times may vary with season) Sunday is available thru the summer months.
Departure Point: Located at the Sunset Terrace, second show available in the busy summer months in the Napili Gardens of the Hyatt Regency Maui on Kaanapali Beach.
Duration: 3 hours
Equipment: Hawaiian Imu (oven)
Capacity: 400 guests
Inclusions: Open Bar features Mai Tai's, Beer, Wine, Standard Cocktails. Tropical Punch, Fruit Juices and Sodas will be available all evening.
Menu: Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Mahi Mahi, Polynesian Rice, Vegetables Makamaka, Fresh Sliced Tropical Fruits, Soba Noodles, Roasted Wedges of Maui Onions, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad and POI
Dessert Bar: Macadamia Nut Luau Cream Pie, Haupia with Toasted Coconut, Pineapple Cake and Bread Pudding. Open Tiki Bar features Mai Tai's, Beer, Wine, and Standard Cocktails. Tropical Punch, Fruit Juices and Sodas will be available all evening.
Exclusions: Portraits will be taken upon arrival and may be purchased after the luau.
*Restrictions: Bring your Picture ID to be served alcohol. Childrens Special Subject to Availability: One Free Child 6-12 years old per paying adult with the exception of Holiday time December 21-January 3rd.
