Zip and Tango Combo - Piiholo Ranch Zipline on Maui

Description: After check in you cross a 317 foot suspension bridge to the area known as The Treehouse where the safety briefing commences. You will then be outfitted with a helmet, harness and trolley for ziplining. Zipline One is 480 feet long from a free standing tower to a grassy meadow below. Zipline Two is 1,065 feet in length and crosses over a lush, tropical valley of guava, kukui nut trees and many variety of ferns. Zipline Three is 690 feet and crosses back over the valley to the treehouse area with a stunning view of Maui's North Shore. Zipline Four heads over to the Tango Tower for the final 725 foot zip, landing near the check in area. Then challenge yourself with a variety of unique climbs! The Tango Tower is a Six Sided Adventure Climbing Tower consisting of an Inverted Climbing Wall, a Straight Wall, an X-Ladder Rope Climb, two variations of Pole Climbs, the King Swing, the Wild Woozy and the Giant's Ladder. This tour offers fabulous team building and communication exercises for the family or corportate funcitons.*
Operates: Thursday and Saturday 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm *
Departure Point: Piiholo Ranch located about 1.5 miles up Piiholo Road. Allow about 45 minutes drive time from the Kihei/Wailea area and about 1.5 hours from Lahaina and Kaanapali. Check in 30 minutes prior.
Duration: 3.5 to 4 hours
Equipment: State of the Art Ziplines and the Tango Tower. Rain Gear if needed.
Capacity: Minimum of 6.
Inclusions: Guide, Harness, Helmet, Trolley and Belay System
Menu: Light Snacks and Hawaiian Juice or Water.
Exclusions: Hiker Option: the Treehouse is the perfect place to take in the sights and relax. Friends and family members not wishing to zip will appreciate the action from the cliff side vantage point built in the trees. Offering canyon views, it's also a great place to take photos. Walk Along fee is $25.00 per person.
*Restrictions: Must be at least 10 and up and weigh between 75 lbs to 275 lbs for Zipping, minimum 60 lbs to 275 lbs. for the Tango Tower. Moderate to advanced physical activity, no experience necessary and not have a serious fear of heights. No diving 24 hours prior. Expecting mothers and those with serious medical conditions as well as those with prior back and neck injuries are not permitted to participate. Close toed shoes are required.
Weather Conditions: tours operate in almost all weather conditions - if in doubt, call to verify Never Assume a Tour Is Cancelled.
All customers are required to sign a release and waiver of liability prior to taking the tour. Those under 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them and be present (walk along ok).
