Description: Your journey will start with a Hawaiian Ceremony to greet the day and then its off to the adventure of a lifetime a morning swim with the Dolphins! They love to ride the bow wake of the boat. After receiving instruction about the proper protocols for entering into the Dolphins world and receiving some insider tips on how to get the most out of your Dolphin swim, the moment comes when quietly and gently you ease into the water with these incredible Beings and join the Dolphin pod. Its a safe and a rewarding experience for the entire family. All you need is your sense of wonder and a willing Spirit. During the winter, theres a good chance youll see Humpback Whales on the way to be with the Dolphins. Other interesting sea life has been known to pay a visit as well such as Spotted Dolphins, Bottle Nose Dolphins, Whale Sharks, Pilot Whales, Manta Rays, Eagle Rays and the Honu (turtles). Michael may even find an Octopus for you to see! *
Operates: Daily from 8:00am to 12:00 noon, check in 30 minutes prior *
Departure Point: Departs from Honokohau Harbor
Duration: 4 hours
Equipment: Uhane Nui O Nai'a (Great Spirit of the Dolphin) is a 37 foot USCG certified vessel, custom built for snorkeling. Features a Restroom and Shower, a very stable, smooth ride and quiet engines, comfortable padded seating, 2 great ladders for easy access in and out of the water, a PA System / multiple speaker system and a canopy offers a shaded area.
Capacity: 25 passenger maximum
Inclusions: All snorkel gear, instruction and flotation devices if needed. Snacks and Beverages.
Menu: Water, Sodas, Fruit, Muffins and Dry Snacks
Exclusions: Bring a towel, hat, sunscreen, cover-up and maybe a camera there is a world class videographer on board most days to capture your experience on the boat and in the ocean with the Dolphins which you can purchase at the end of the trip if you like.
*Restrictions: Cancellation Policy 1 to 4 passengers 48 hours, 5 to 10 passengers require a 72 hour notice and larger groups of over 10 require 7 days.
