Description:After a 20 minute Unimog excursion, arrive at the Mountain Outpost, featuring a 3,000 square foot observation deck, 1,400 feet above sea level with sweeping views of Maui County. After a quick technical explanation you will enter the - threshold to adventure - a two-wall, four station climbing tower designed to encourage guest participation which will have you laughing with and rooting for each other within minutes of your experience. The Giant Swing is a participant controlled element. You won't find a swing like this in your backyard! Two people are hoisted high in the air by members of their group through a system of ropes and pulleys. Once you reach the height of your choosing, tell them to let go of the release cord for a breathtaking swing between two 60-foot tall telephone poles. *
Operates:Monday-Saturday by request (days and times vary with season)
Departure Point:Check in at the Kapalua Adventure Center, 2000 Village Road in Kapalua (Hwy 30 North to Office Road)
Duration:2.5 hours
Equipment:Safety Gear, Helmet, Harness. Harnesses are designed for maximum comfort.
Capacity:Minimum of 4 maximum of 10

Exclusions:Wear Tennis Shoes or Hiking Boots. No hanging or dangling jewelry, it is recommend to remove rings.
*Restrictions: 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. All trips will go out Rain or Shine. Everyone is required to sign a Liability Waiver before tour. Not recommended for anyone who may have a heart condition or may be pregnant. Must be in good physical condition have the ability to carry 15lbs and able to walk up to 1/2 a mile over uneven terrain. Participants must be at least 10 years old, weigh at least 60lbs and no more than 250lbs. Kapalua Adventures is not responsible for the loss of bags or loose items such as cameras and sunglasses.
