Description: Be treated to two hours of an educational and exhilarating whale watching experience with commentary by certified whale naturalists. Katie Velasquez is one of Maui's most educated whale naturalists. With over 15 years experience studying humpback whales and certified by NAI (National Association for Interpretation), Katie is an expert eager to share her vast knowledge and understanding of whale behavior. From 1:00pm until boarding, while guests are checking in, Katie displays whale articles for customers to see and touch, including a life size whale tail, baleen and whale tooth, while providing interesting facts about each. Pride of Maui features two decks, lots of seating and unobstructed panoramic viewing great for whale watching and photographing. Lunch and beverages are also available for purchase on board and round-trip transporation from your hotel or condo is available for an additional $20.00 per person.
